Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund for a mentoring session, you must provide us with your reasons and a reasonable justification in writing.
Content downloads are excluded from returns and refunds.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within seven working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded, except for those specifically mentioned as non-refundable.
