GMA is a global mentoring and consulting platform operated by an Australian company.
We connect experienced professionals with clients seeking mentoring, advisory, and consulting support.

You remain independent at all times.

Am I an employee or partner of the platform?

No.
You join the platform as an independent mentor/consultant, not as an employee, partner, or agent.

You:

  • Choose which engagements to accept
  • Control how services are delivered
  • Are responsible for your own taxes and compliance

How do clients pay for my services?

Clients make one payment to the platform.

The platform:

  • Issues the invoice
  • Collects payment from the client
  • Deducts the agreed platform fee
  • Pays you the remaining amount

This keeps the client experience simple and professional.

How and when do I get paid?

  • Payments are processed monthly
  • Payouts are made directly to your nominated bank account
  • You receive a payout statement showing:
    • Client fees collected
    • Platform fee deducted
    • Net amount paid to you

We aim to process payouts on a fixed, predictable schedule each month.

What is the platform fee?

The standard platform fee is 15% of the gross client fee.

This covers:

  • Platform administration
  • Technology and hosting
  • Client invoicing and collections
  • Finance and compliance management
  • Network operations

The remaining 85% is paid to you.

Does the platform deduct tax from my payments?

No.
The platform does not withhold tax from mentor payments.

You are responsible for:

  • Declaring your income
  • Paying any applicable taxes in your country of residence

We recommend consulting a local tax advisor if needed.

Can I decline an engagement?

Yes.
You are free to accept or decline any opportunity introduced through the platform.

There is no obligation to take on work you do not wish to accept.

Can I bring my own clients to the platform?

Yes.
Many mentors bring clients through their own networks and choose to use the platform for billing and administration.

In some cases, a reduced or zero platform fee may apply for mentor-sourced clients, subject to agreement.

What is the onboarding/activation fee?

The onboarding fee covers:

  • Profile setup
  • Verification
  • Platform access
  • Administrative onboarding

This is a one-time fee, payable during onboarding.

What documents govern my participation?

Your participation is governed by:

  • Mentor Participation Agreement
  • Platform Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy & Data Policy

These documents explain fees, payments, confidentiality, and use of the platform.

Can I leave the platform later?

Yes.
You may exit the platform by providing notice as outlined in the Mentor Participation Agreement.

Any completed and invoiced work will be paid out in the normal payout cycle.
