● Job Seekers – Graduates, 5+ Years experience, 10+ Years experience

 ● Virtual (via Meet, Teams, Zoom, or other platforms)
● Hybrid (combination of both)

Session Structure
 ● Participant’s introduction and background
  – Identify the participant’s desired region of working in Asia/the Middle East/Australia
– Discuss the alternatives and their pros and cons

Time
● Duration: 2 sessions (adjustable based on goals)
● Session Frequency: Quarterly
● Session Length: 45 minutes per session
● Scheduling: Flexible, based on mentor and mentee availability

Expected Outcomes
● Clearer career direction and road map in understanding pros & cons of different geographies to align their goals both in the short term/long term.

Cost
● 75 AUD per student per session with a maximum of 2 participants.
