This is a configurable time-only service for establishing or improving IT Enterprise Architecture in your organisation. It can include one or more of the following activities.
- Coaching a cross-functional team on the EA Process and Framework
- Defining EA process, roles, and artefacts
- Supporting the creation of a business case for EA investment
- Supporting the roll-out of Enterprise Architecture
The scope of work and deliverables will be defined during the initial engagement. It will be limited by the total engagement time.
The price is per hour of work, excluding GST. Any standard templates in scope need to be ordered separately.
