Time
● Duration: 3–4 sessions (adjustable based on goals)
● Session Frequency: Monthly or per semester
● Session Length: 45 minutes per session
● Scheduling: Flexible, based on mentor and mentee availability
Delivery Mode
● In Person – When geographically possible (e.g., on campus, nearby café)
● Virtual (via Google Meet)
● Hybrid (combination of both)
Session Structure
● Introductions: Discuss the student’s background, interests, and concerns
● Academic goal-setting and pathway mapping
● Review of progress, challenges, and resource suggestions
● Actionable next steps and follow-up planning
