Target Audience
– High school graduates preparing for university entry
– University students (1st–3rd year) navigating course choices, majors, or academic challenges
– Graduates preparing for Master’s entry

Time management, study strategies, and exam preparation
Guidance on internships, research, and extracurriculars during studies

Duration: 3–4 sessions (adjustable based on goals)
Session Frequency: Monthly or per semester
Session Length: 45 minutes per session
Scheduling: Flexible, based on mentor and mentee availability
Delivery Mode
In Person – When geographically possible (e.g., on campus, nearby café)
Virtual (via Meet, Teams, Zoom, or other platforms)
Hybrid (combination of both)
Session Structure
Introductions: Discuss the student’s background, interests, and concerns
Academic goal-setting and pathway mapping
Review of progress, challenges, and resource suggestions
