A long and varied Global career
Shashi Sastry has almost forty years of experience working in engineering and IT in multiple countries. His initial twelve years were in the process equipment industry working for Thermax, West’s and ABB. Then he transitioned into IT and has spent 28 years in IBM (later Kyndryl). For more than 15 years Shashi has guided large companies to transform and modernise their IT and boost their business.
He holds multiple industry certifications and patents and has published five books, with two more in the pipeline.

Shashi loves IT architecture, but also philosophy, classical music, literature, history, linguistics, mind sciences, and physics.
Shashi has published books on philosophy, architecture, and poetry and is a prolific writer on Medium and LinkedIn. You can find his podcasts on Spotify and Youtube.

Coaching: Shashi has been mentoring a wide network and teaching IT architecture, enterprise architecture, communication, and leadership skills for 25 years.
